“Heather works in health care (as a Certified Nursing Assistant) and goes above and beyond (in) caring for her clients. She feels a personal connection with everybody she cares for. One of her clients was in need of some personal care items and Heather went to the store and bought those items for the client herself just to make her patient feel better about herself. Heather also, on her off time, found out a volunteer fire department was in great need for cleaning items to protect the members of the fire department due to the COVID-19 … so she went to several local stores and purchased those items herself and delivered them several miles away to the department even though she did not have much money”.
