Jodi manages our Personal & Supportive Home Care Program at North Country Independent Living in Superior, WI. Whether it is adjusting the constant revolving schedules to support her staff on their personal needs, to filling in for them herself, she always goes above and beyond for her PCW's. During this COVID19 pandemic, Jodi has been working round the clock. She's constantly checking in with her staff making sure they are safe, healthy and stocked with PPE, even shopping online late into the night for masks. Just this week a consumer fell at the store and she assisted the PCW in helping get the consumer to the hospital as it required medical attention. She has also been making sure that her staff isn't having to travel out in public just to turn in the original required paperwork by coordinating pickups herself in a safer and sanitized manner.
