DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Training will soon be underway for the Duluth Police Department’s newest K-9 team.
Athena, a Dutch Shepherd will be working with handler Officer Kaine Kaase who has been with the Police Department for six years.
Officer Kaase is fulfilling a longtime dream of being a K-9 handler and Athena is a half sister of current K-9 Luna.
Duluth Police thank the AMSOIL Northland K-9 Foundation for the donation that makes the new addition possible.
