(Reuters) – SailPoint said on Tuesday it is now aiming to raise as much as $1.15 billion in its U.S. initial public offering by selling shares priced between $21 and $23.
The cybersecurity firm’s previous estimated range was $19 and $21 each to raise a total of up to $1.05 billion.
