DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A full closure of I-35 just south of Mesaba Avenue in Duluth is planned for Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Overhead work on the new pedestrian bridge will require the closure from 10 p-m Wednesday (10/14) until 5 a-m on Thursday (10/15).
Traffic during that time will be detoured on I-535 to Garfield Avenue, then to Railroad Street and 5th Avenue West.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the pedestrian bridge should be complete and open by the end of October.
