Bio
Tom Roubik has been doing this radio gig, in just about every format imaginable, for more than 30 years – mostly in the Twin Ports— and was actually the first voice heard on KAT 989 back in June of 1994. He also hosts the KQ Afternoon Trainwreck on KAT’s sister station KQDS . Tom also serves as Brand Manager for three more sister stations; including Northland News Radio KDAL, Wisconsin Sports Talk WDSM and The Legends of Country, Duke FM. He is also sometimes affectionately known as “The Cluemeister” – the one who hides the Twin Ports Great Medallion and writes the clues for the popular annual mid-winter event.
When not broadcasting, he enjoys spending time with his wife Mary Beth, and traveling to see family scattered all over the world. Tom also enjoys taking on home improvement projects, bird hunting, fishing, and cooking. He and Mary Beth can be found frequently hiking with his socially challenged dog Wally.
