DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – During their first meeting of 2023 on Monday, the Duluth City Council has named 5th District Councilor Janet Kennedy as President and the 3rd District’s Roz Randorf as Vice President.
The Council also added a planned redesign and relocation of the control tower at Duluth International Airport to the list of legislative priorities.
The 40 million dollar project is looking for about 14 million in state funding to leverage additional federal money.
