DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Around 12:25 on Friday morning, Duluth Police were called to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of West 3rd Street.
Officers arrived to find a man who was deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Chazz Toney.
Additional information has not yet been released by authorities as the investigation is in the early stages.
People living in the area are asked to check any surveillance cameras and contact police if you might have information related to the shooting.
