DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Temperatures in the upper 80’s and low 90’s can be expected in most areas of northern Minnesota and Wisconsin through Thursday along with humid conditions and a chance for more thunderstorms.
Parts of Wisconsin, including Bayfield, Ashland and Iron Counties, are under a heat advisory on Tuesday afternoon with heat index values of 95 to 100.
Further south, extreme heat warnings have been issued for southeast Minnesota and southwest Wisconsin Tuesday and Wednesday for heat index values over 104.
Looking ahead to the 4th of July, Twin Ports temperatures are expected to be in the upper 70’s with a slight chance of afternoon thunderstorms.
